Where we started

We are a team of people who have experienced the Horeca industry firsthand: some of us have spent nights behind a bar counter, others have worked entire seasons between reception and housekeeping; some have faced the struggle of finding staff at the last minute, while others have spent countless hours on the line because there simply weren’t enough hands in the kitchen.
